This Privacy Policy explains how Lounge Manifest (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

By using Lounge Manifest, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

• Device information: device model, operating system version, app version.

1.3 Location & Lounge Check-Ins

To support lounge check-ins and distance calculations, we may collect:

• Location data at the time you:
  • Check in to a lounge
  • View nearby lounges (if you allow location access)
• Lounge activity data: lounge you checked into, check-in time, and (if implemented) checkout time.

You can control location permissions at any time in your device settings. However, some features (such as nearby lounges) may not work without location access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App:
  • Allow account creation, login, and profile management.
  • Enable lounge check-ins and check-outs.
  • Show who is currently checked into a lounge (according to your privacy/display settings).
• Improve the App:
  • Monitor usage to understand which features are used most.
  • Diagnose and fix bugs and crashes.
  • Develop new features and enhancements.
• Customize your experience:
  • Show you lounges near your current or favorite airport.
  • Display stats about your check-ins and travel activity.
  • Honor your display preferences (e.g., showing or hiding your full name).
• Communicate with you:
  • Send important service updates (e.g., security notices, account changes).
  • Respond to your support requests.
  • Send optional notifications (e.g., check-in reminders), if you opt in.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We aim to give you clear in-app controls over what other users can see.

Lounge Manifest is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page.

We may also provide an in-app notification or email you if changes are significant. Your continued use of the App after the updated policy becomes effective means you accept the changes.
